Eating light doesn’t have to mean eating less. This pack brings you 3 Low Carb meals, carefully prepared to keep you satisfied, with a good source of protein, vegetables and a small portion of complex carbs.

Choose your portion size and type (fish, meat or vegetarian) and we’ll pick the week’s recipes for you. The pack price adjusts to your choice.

Everything arrives ready to eat, so you get balance on your plate without having to think about it. Once you’ve ordered, we’ll message you on WhatsApp with the details and instructions for each meal.

Our meals are prepared in a facility that also handles common allergens. May contain traces of: gluten, eggs, milk, nuts, celery, sesame, and sulphites. The weekly menu may include dishes with fish and shellfish. If you have a specific allergy or intolerance, please contact us before ordering.

Lisboa, Cascais & Linha de Cascais: deliveries on Mondays and Thursdays, between 6:30 PM and 10:30 PM.

Other regions (via our partners): deliveries on Tuesdays and Fridays, between 2:00 PM and 6:00 PM.

Orders must be placed at least 24 hours in advance. For any questions, send us a message on WhatsApp.

Keep refrigerated and consume within 3 days of delivery. For meals you will not consume within 3 days, store in the freezer and defrost in the fridge 24 hours before consuming. Do not refreeze after thawing.
