Our programmes are delivered in 3-day blocks, to ensure everything arrives as fresh as possible. A 6-day programme includes 2 deliveries; 12 days, 4 deliveries; 24 days, 8 deliveries. The shipping cost reflects the total number of deliveries for your programme.

Lisboa, Cascais & Linha de Cascais — deliveries on Mondays and Thursdays between 6:30 PM and 10:30 PM.

Other regions (via our partners) — deliveries on Tuesdays and Fridays between 2:00 PM and 6:00 PM.

Keep refrigerated and consume within 3 days of delivery. If you are not consuming immediately, store in the freezer and defrost in the fridge 24 hours before consuming. Do not refreeze after thawing.
